It felt and sounded like he brought his whole neighborhood with him. He blessed the mic and crowd with a well-thought-out set, most of which was self-produced tracks, and delivered his bars crisply. Adrian also brought out special guest Eddie B (who will be rocking our next event at Public Assembly alongside Apathy, Rasheed Chappell and Chris Rivers) for a few guest verses. Stoop Kids, ScienZe and sene - tremendous solo artists in their own right, kept the energy flowing for sure. Crowd participation (though ex-Mayor Giuliani may not…

Check out the visuals from our NYC Launch event that was held back in June at 92y Tribeca on Hudson outside the Holland Tunnel. The event featured some amazing artists such Divine ScienZe, Denitia Odigie, Death By Plastic, Brainfood Project, Sene along with DJ Khayatollah and Ari Why on the wheels. One of my personal favorites Marthalicia Matarrita also joined in on the festivities with some live painting and donated the proceeds to the scholarship fund we are currently still working on.
