You read that right. Detroit emcee/producer Black Milk has collaborated with modern rock legend, Jack White. The new tracks (which features White in the production role and on drums for “Royal Mega”) makes Black Milk the first Hip-Hop artist to release a single on White’s Third Man Records label.

This sort of thing is exactly why I spend half my day digging through the internet for new stuff. Artificial boundaries crossed, pre-conceptions smashed, and music is made. To be honest, I don’t even care if the song is good…that’s irrelevant. Just the fact that it exists is enough for me.
